| Founded over twenty years ago, Chongqing Hongyi Mould Co., Ltd is a professional enterprise specialized in designing, manufacturing pressure die-casting moulds for motorcycle, automobile and home appliances industries.
After these years high-speed development, now our company is the leader in the line of mould in Chongqing---which is famous for its motorcycle, automobile as well as its ordnance industries in the world. With high quality, reasonable price and on time delivery plus good after-sale-services, our products enjoy a good reputation among our customers from home and broad, meanwhile we have established long-standing relationships with our overseas clients through our proficient distribution and sales networks.
we also manufacture reverse gear case for rickshaw(three wheels motorcycle)exported to South Asian and ASEAN markets,produce quadrangular butterfly valve,which is widely used in petrochemical industries(such as CNG projects,oil refinery works), to Germany.
At present, our company has a total staff of about 120 workers (90% of them are certified technicians, including 5 senior engineers). With the introduction and utilization of CAD (such as Master CAD, Unigraphic, etc.)/ CAM systems, the capability of designing and manufacturing has greatly improved. Now we have a large number of various processing machines (15 CNC, 6 EDM, etc.) imported from Germany, Japan and USA.
According to the samples, drawings and requirements of our customers, we can design and develop superior quality moulds to them. We believe that only those enterprises, which keep paces with international development and consistently renovate, can survive the fierce competition.
